Lillie has diverse practice experience involving all phases of design and construction. Her extensive experience has involved projects in multiple sectors, including justice and public safety, education, healthcare, civic infrastructure and commercial development. She is one of Urbahn’s leaders in sustainable design and the employment of Building Information Modeling in the design and production process. In addition to her design and technical document production work, Lillie guides teams in the LEED certification process.

Lillie received her Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1985 and Master of Architecture in 1990, both from Tianjin University. She is a registered architect in New York State and a member of NCARB. She has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2006.
