Sheraton Four Points New Hotel Complex

Piarco, Trinidad

To help fill an important niche market in Trinidad, Urbahn designed a new hotel situated on an 11-acre site near the Piarco International Airport. The combination of the hotel’s upscale design and full-service amenities, as well as its proximity within the International Airport is intended to catalyze its popularity among business travelers, air¬line crews, and vacationers. The 6-story hotel accommodates 152 guest rooms, a large banquet center, and a 100-seat restaurant and bar. Located just outside is an expansive swimming pool area and tropical pool bar, landscaped with native plants. The first floor features a spacious lobby and reception area, a fitness center, a high-capacity kitchen, housekeeping and laundry, and a full complement of support spaces. The second through sixth floors offer a wide range of room styles and configurations. The interior design merges Four Points standards with Caribbean materials and themes weaved seamlessly through¬out.
