Natale Barranco

After joining Urbahn in 1983, Nat’s responsibilities rapidly advanced; he has been a principal since 1988. In addition to his project leadership, he serves as Urbahn’s Chief Financial Officer. One of Nat’s most valuable attributes is his ability to find accord among various constituencies within multi-faceted client groups. Nat draws on his extensive experience and knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and project-delivery methods to guide large multi-disciplined teams toward innovative, sustainable, constructable, and cost effective design solutions.

Nat directs the planning, design and construction administration in Urbahn’s higher education, transportation and hospitality sectors. He is known for a hands-on management approach that leads to even the most challenging projects being completed on time and within budget.
