Lawrence Gutterman, AIA, LEED AP

Senior Associate

Larry has over three decades of extensive experience designing and managing complex projects. His work has encompassed cultural, judicial, commercial, educational and infrastructure projects, including both new construction and renovations. Larry is a meticulous and responsive project manager and an excellent communicator. He has been responsible for several high profile renovations of landmark structures, including the United States Capitol, Thurgood Marshall US Courthouse, New York City Hall, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

Larry received his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1988 from Cornell University and LEED accreditation in 2004. He is licensed to practice architecture in the states of New York and New Jersey.
