Mr. Ruiz, an Urbahn Associate, is a versatile architectural designer, having been involved in many aspects of the practice in his time at Urbahn. He has extensive involvement in a wide range of building types and master planning including public works facilities, recreation, education, healthcare, transportation, correctional and justice facilities. Mr. Ruiz is responsible for several of the firm’s most important master plan studies and feasibility reports.
