OUR DESIGNS BRING BEAUTY, BENEFIT,
We believe that a successful project is only achieved through the interdependence of designers and managers. Urbahn’s design and management teams work hand-in-hand to ensure that our projects enhance the built environment, achieve functional and performance excellence, while always adhering to cost, schedule,
and regulatory requirements.
EXCELLENCE DEMANDS FOCUSED
We believe the design process must embrace the client, user groups, engineering and specialty consultants, as well as Urbahn’s own planning and design professionals. We listen, we engage, we brainstorm, to create in ways no single individual working alone can.
INNOVATION IS ROOTED IN KNOWLEDGE
LEVERAGED BY TECHNOLOGY
We believe in the integration of practice-based knowledge with new technologies to deliver innovative yet sensible solutions. We employ several Building Information Modeling platforms to enhance the design process. We bring real-world experience with many project delivery systems, including design/build and modular construction.
SUSTAINABLE DESIGN IS AN ARCHITECT’S
We believe it is our duty as designers to minimize impacts on the environment. Our staff of LEED Accredited Professionals continually seeks to develop designs that are sustainable in their very concept, reduce energy consumption, and maximize efficiencies in all aspects of a project.
THE DESIGN IS JUST THE BEGINNING.
We believe in top client service throughout construction. Our teams work hard to design projects; they have a vested interest in the success of their efforts. Key team members remain engaged in the project, providing construction administration services and assisting our clients during the commissioning and occupancy process.
WE GET THE JOB DONE.
We believe one’s word is one’s promise. That’s why we focus on solutions and results to deliver successful projects that exceed our client’s objectives and aspirations.
