Salvatore Paratore, AIA, RA, LEED AP
Sal Paratore has spent the last two decades in design, rehabilitation, and construction administration of federal, state, and city agency projects. Sal’s experience leading Urbahn’s repair and rehabilitation projects has exposed him to a wide variety of construction techniques. In addition to project management duties, Sal frequently provides independent, in-house constructability reviews.
Sal holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the City College of New York and is a registered architect in New York State.
Ranabir Sengupta, AIA, LEED AP
Ranabir Sengupta is a talented architectural designer and master planner. He has guided the planning and design on numerous projects for Urbahn’s educational, transportation, and institutional clients. Ranabir’s projects have been featured in Architectural Record, Architecture + Design, Restoration Directory, and the Journal of the Indian Institute of Architects.
Ranabir received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Jadavapur University, India, and his Master of Architecture degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a registered architect in New York State.
Deborah Verne, AIA, LEED AP
Deborah Verne’s extensive experience encompasses all facets of project management; from feasibility studies to construction documents to construction closeout. With all her projects, Deborah takes complete ownership of her client’s needs and constraints. This, coupled with her focus and attention to detail make Deborah an extremely effective project manager.
Deborah holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University and is a registered architect in Washington, DC.
Peter R. Verne, AIA, LEED AP
Peter Verne is a talented architectural designer who brings energy, enthusiasm, and rigorous effort to his projects. His particular talent is in his ability to quickly assimilate a client’s goals and constraints, creating design approaches that are both cost-effective and innovative. A polymath who resists specialization, Peter has led the design of educational, research, transportation, and justice facilities. Peter received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a registered architect in New York State.
