Salvatore Paratore, AIA, RA, LEED AP
Sal Paratore has spent the last two decades in design, rehabilitation, and construction administration of federal, state, and city agency projects. Sal’s experience leading Urbahn’s repair and rehabilitation projects has exposed him to a wide variety of construction techniques. In addition to project management duties, Sal frequently provides independent, in-house constructability reviews.
Sal holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the City College of New York and is a registered architect in New York State.
Nandini Sengupta, LEED
With over 25 years in professional practice, Nandini Sengupta brings her multiple talents to Urbahn’s work. In addition to her skills as a planner and designer, her organization, responsiveness, and technical knowledge make Nandini an extremely effective manager. She has successfully led many of Urbahn’s award-winning transportation and infrastructure projects.
Nandini received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Jadavpur University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma.
Rainer Dumke, RA
Ray Dumke has over 30 years of experience on major new facilities. He is a skilled architect with a deep understanding of constructability and a meticulous approach to document production. Ray is adept at internalizing both codes and client design standards to ensure a seamless integration of design intent and construction requirements.
Ray received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cornell University and his Master of Architecture degree in health facilities planning & design from Columbia University. He is a registered architect in New York State.
Antonio Pinto, AIA
Antonio Pinto comes to Urbahn with over 10 years of diverse design and construction experience in the tri-state area. He is an expert in all areas of building envelope technologies and forensics, with over 200 rehabilitation and upgrade projects for many public agencies. His ability to simultaneously focus on details and big-picture issues help make Tony skilled and capable Project Manager.
Tony is a Registered Architect in New York State. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
